PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL ENTRY FEES ARE
NON REFUNDABLE.
HOWEVER
IF YOU ARE ILL, INJURED OR UNABLE
TO TAKE PART FOR PERSONAL REASONS
You may roll your entry over either
to one of our other events in the
year or have a guaranteed entry into
the Tour Wessex 2009.
If you have to withdraw and want to
transfer your entry this is what you
must do.
1) Send an email or letter to the
office before the 23rd May 2008
requesting a transfer, either to
another event or for the Tour of
Wessex 2009.
You will be sent a formal email
back. This will contain
instructions for what to do next.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL FEES ARE NON
REFUNDABLE.
Cyclists will need to reapply to
Pendragon Sports for an 'Ill or
Injured' entry form for the 2009
Tour of Wessex by the 31st December
2008.

RECOMMEND YOU RETURN THE ENTRY BY
RECORDED DELIVERY. LATE ENTRY FORMS
WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNDER ANY
CIRCUMSTANCES.
